Care Guide for Bridal Bouquet & Boutonniere

To keep your bridal bouquet and boutonniere fresh and beautiful until the wedding day:

• Place the bridal bouquet in fresh, cool water immediately after receiving it and keep it in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
• Make sure only the ends of the stems are in the water and that ribbons and other details remain dry.
• Store the boutonniere separately in a cool, protected place and take both floral pieces out only shortly before the celebration begins.
• Until then, avoid heat, direct sunlight and hot vehicles.

BLESK Tip: Your bridal bouquet is meant to accompany you, not occupy you – enjoy your day, and we’ll make sure it carries you through it beautifully.

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery: 1 to 5 days, depending on the product and its availability.
• Express delivery within one hour is available upon individual request and subject to availability.
• Every order is carefully prepared and personally delivered by our courier.

Important Note for Bridal Bouquets

To ensure your bridal bouquet looks its best on your wedding day, we recommend delivery the day before or no more than 24 hours before the ceremony. Please choose your preferred delivery date accordingly, as we do not recommend earlier delivery for fresh bridal bouquets.

Required Delivery Information

• First and last name of the recipient.
• Apartment or office name/number as shown on the doorbell.
• German telephone number of the recipient.
• Full delivery address: street, house number and postal code.
• Your preferred greeting card message – a BLESK greeting card is included free of charge.

• Matching boutonniere for the groom.
• BLESK branded packaging with a special solution to help keep the flowers fresh.
• Matching care instructions for the bridal bouquet and boutonniere.

Fresh Flowers

Every BLESK bouquet is freshly prepared with the greatest care and attention to detail. As fresh flowers are natural and perishable products, they cannot be returned or cancelled once delivered.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with a visible issue, please contact us preferably within 24 hours of delivery and, if possible, include a photo. We will personally review your request and find the most suitable solution for you.

Made-to-Order Arrangements

Arrangements that are specially created or personalised according to your wishes are made exclusively for your order. For this reason, returns are not possible once production has begun.
