Bouquet No. 2

To keep your BLESK bouquet fresh and beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend the following care:

• Place the bouquet in a clean vase filled with plenty of fresh, cool water – approximately half to two-thirds full.
• Remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline.
• Before placing the flowers in the vase, trim the stems slightly at an angle using a clean, sharp knife or scissors.
• Check the water level regularly, as freshly cut and water-loving flowers can absorb a significant amount of water.
• Replace the water completely on a regular basis and clean the vase at the same time.
• When changing the water, trim the stems again if necessary to help them continue absorbing water effectively.
• Keep the bouquet in a cool place and avoid direct sunlight, heating, draughts and ripening fruit.
• Carefully remove individual wilted flowers to keep the arrangement looking fresh and well cared for.

BLESK Tip: Replace the water completely on a regular basis and trim the stems again when needed.

• Standard delivery: 1–5 business days, depending on the product and availability.
• Express delivery within one hour is available upon individual request and subject to availability.
• Every order is carefully prepared and delivered by our courier.

• Recipient’s first and last name.
• Apartment or office number, or the name shown on the doorbell.
• Recipient’s German telephone number.
• Complete delivery address: street, house number and postal code.
• Optional greeting card message; one complimentary card is included.

Our bouquets are delivered in branded packaging with a special freshness-preserving solution.
Every bouquet includes appropriate care instructions.

Fresh Flowers

Every BLESK bouquet is freshly prepared with the greatest care and attention to detail. As fresh flowers are natural and perishable products, they cannot be returned or cancelled once delivered.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with a visible issue, please contact us preferably within 24 hours of delivery and, if possible, include a photo. We will personally review your request and find the most suitable solution for you.

Made-to-Order Arrangements

Arrangements that are specially created or personalised according to your wishes are made exclusively for your order. For this reason, returns are not possible once production has begun.
